Manage and monitor employee wellness benefits such as health, dental, and vision care. 3. Identify and address all employees' concerns related to welfare, including health and safety issues. Academic Qualification: . BSc/BA in any related field. Training and Certifications: . ISO 45001 / 14001 Lead Auditor is preferred. . Certification in welfare management / social welfare is preferred 7+ Years of proven Experience in Welfare management filed. . At least 3+ years in managerial position .
