Job Description

Responsibilities . Maintain safety and environmental health within the facility; . Demonstrates clear leadership and development of subordinate employees; . Ensures all equipment is in good/safe operating condition; . Leading rotating shift schedule and supervising welding and maintenance personnel's daily activities; . Provide technical training related to maintenance, process systems, and safety standards; . Leading employees in safety, productivity, efficiency, process improvement, and quality; . Supervise employees by providing training, safe working conditions, necessary tools and equipment to meet customer requirements within budget; . Performing welding tasks, such as setting up equipment and preparing welding rods, wires, or electrodes for use. . Achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance, and developing people; . Maintaining the quality of the welders' work by inspecting completed projects Qualifications . 3 years of Supervisory Experience(Oil & Gas/ Offshore). . Must have experience in giving various types of Welding Tests; . Must be able to lead and advise a crew; . Must be able to read blueprints; . Must have fabrication/Production experience; . Must have experience in timekeeping and strong computer skills; . 10 years of experience. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: .
