Job Description

Overview




#

Duties & Responsibilities







Continuously improve and ensure the quality of the welding processes used, following the established technical standards;



Ensure compliance with the technical requirements defined by customers in the preparation of documentation and in execution



Prepare welding documentation per project;



Calculate the consumption of welding materials per project



Know and apply the requirements of the EN 9606-1 and EN 15614-1 standards



Coordinate the welding process according to EN ISO 14731 and EN ISO 3834-2 in the construction sites where they operate



Supervise welding activities on the construction site where necessary



Analyze and adopt Propose measures to reduce costs;



Provide technical support regarding the definition of corrective actions;



Provides support in the personnel qualification / authorization process and keeps track of personnel at the company/division level.



Prepares procedures and work instructions related to welding activity.

Job Experience





Higher technical education, specializing in welding;



Minimum 5 years of experience.



Advanced knowledge of English.



Good PC operating skills.



Read and understand technical drawings.
