Welding Demonstrator

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welding Demonstrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and technical knowledge of all major welding processes and the ability to demonstrate, train, and support welding operations and equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and demonstrate various welding processes, including TIG, MIG, ARC, SAW, Aluminium TIG & MIG, and Overlay Cladding Welding. Set up, operate, and optimize welding equipment and parameters for different applications. Provide technical demonstrations and practical training to customers, students, or internal staff. Troubleshoot welding equipment and process-related issues. Maintain welding tools, machines, and consumables in good working condition. Assist in product testing, welding trials, and customer support activities. Ensure safety standards and best welding practices are followed at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or certification from a recognized welding institute. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in practical and technical welding work. In-depth knowledge of welding processes, materials, and alloys. Strong understanding of equipment parameter settings and process optimization. Excellent practical welding skills with attention to detail and precision. Good communication and presentation skills for training and demonstrations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

AED 4,000+
, depending on experience and skill level. Additional benefits as per company policy.Job Type: Full-time
