+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
+ Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding methods and materials (MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas, etc.).
+ Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
+ Inspect and test welded surfaces and structure for accuracy and defects.
+ Maintain equipment in proper working condition and perform basic maintenance.
+ Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
+ Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
Qualifications
------------------
Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role.
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments (heat, heights, confined spaces).
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with welding standards.
Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory, depending on role).
