Arc welding, Tig welding, MIG welding.
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Set up components for welding according to specifications.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
Work with service team on after-sales service and support during breakdown, or electrical/mechanical services calls for pumps, motors, and skids.
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to ensure functionality.
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
Maintaining a production schedule.
Adhering to safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as welder.
Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
Experience in using electrical or manual tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.
Attention to detail.
Excellent eyesight and color vision.
Proficient in English.
Professional Certification is a plus.
