Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Argon Welder (TIG Welder)

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be experienced in TIG welding using argon gas, able to read technical drawings, and capable of delivering high-quality welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

TIG (Argon) welding

on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel components. Set up welding equipment, gas cylinders, regulators, and consumables. Interpret and work according to

welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications

. Conduct welding repairs, fabrication, and finishing as per project requirements. Inspect completed welds for accuracy, defects, and compliance with standards. Maintain welding tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness. Follow

safety standards

, including PPE usage and safe handling of gas cylinders. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years experience

as a TIG/Argon Welder. Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and metal fabrication. Ability to weld thin sheets and precision components. Experience with stainless steel and aluminum is mandatory. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good understanding of welding safety procedures. Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Welding certification (TIG/Argon). Experience in fabrication workshops, metal industries, or manufacturing. Basic knowledge of MIG/MMA welding is a plus.
