Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced

TIG (GTAW) Welders

to join our oil and gas project team. The role involves precise and high-quality welding work on stainless steel and alloy materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

TIG (GTAW)

welding on stainless steel, duplex, and carbon steel pipes and fittings. Interpret drawings and welding procedures accurately. Prepare joints, check root gaps, and perform fit-up prior to welding. Conduct root pass, filler, and cap welding as per WPS and inspection requirements. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times. Support in fabrication and assembly work as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years' TIG welding experience

in oil & gas or industrial projects.

WPS qualification

for SS / CS / Duplex materials preferred. Familiar with

argon purging and root pass techniques

. Strong attention to detail and weld quality. Valid

TIG welder certification

(3G / 6G) preferred. Basic English communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

Based on experience and certification level.

Working Hours:

9 hours/day + overtime as per project schedule.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
