Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG, MIG, and ARC welding on Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and Aluminum components. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication schematics to ensure accuracy. Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, and shaping prior to welding. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Keep workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Work collaboratively with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines and project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Certified in Welding (ITI or equivalent vocational training). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ARC or Gas welding. Proven expertise in welding Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and Aluminum. Strong command of TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques. Previous experience in Signage, Interior Fit-Outs, or Exhibition Stand Fabrication is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
