Job Role:

Welding of armoured components and structures with accuracy according to ISO standards and 2D drawings.

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve the level of accuracy required for the part according to the 2D drawing specifications.

- Follow welding process according to WPS as per project specifications.

- Capable of reading and understanding weld symbols/WPS and 2D drawings.

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.

- Set up and prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.

- Utilize various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and spot welding, to join metal components.

- Perform high-precision welding to meet stringent defense industry standards.

- Inspect welded components for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.

- Address and repair any welding imperfections.

- Maintain and perform routine checks on welding equipment.

- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company procedures.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our welding processes.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in welding / use of TIG and/or MIG welding 4G/5G/6G processes.

- Has previously worked in the armoured vehicle manufacturing industry.

- Between 2 to 10 years of working experience as a welder in the armour/defense industry.

- UAE based candidates would only be considered.

- Male candidates only.

- Ready to join immediately or within 30 days.
