We are seeking experienced MIG & ARC Welders to join our fabrication/construction team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading technical drawings, preparing materials, and performing high-quality welding on structural steel, containers, and related components while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Set up, operate, and maintain MIG and ARC welding equipment.
Weld steel structures, containers, and components according to specifications.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Adhere to all company safety policies and UAE labor regulations.
Report material requirements and job progress to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a MIG and ARC Welder in construction or fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Proficient with welding tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
Knowledge of different welding materials, thicknesses, and filler rods.
Physical stamina to lift and position heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in container fabrication or industrial steelwork.
Certification in welding or related field.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
