Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding process specifications
Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding equipment based on job requirements
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
Inspect and test welded surfaces for strength and accuracy
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a welder (minimum [X] years preferred)
