Job Description

A renowned sports cars garage in Dubai requires welder to join, repair, and assemble metal parts for vehicles, following blueprints, and ensuring proper fit, form, and finish. Key responsibilities include setting up materials, applying various welding techniques (like MIG and TIG), cutting and shaping metal, performing quality checks, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

Welding and Fabrication

: Joining vehicle parts and components using MIG, TIG, or other welding methods, as well as cutting and shaping sheet metal.

Blueprint Interpretation

:Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to understand project specifications.

Material Preparation

:Cleaning and preparing metal surfaces for welding by grinding, buffing, or chemical cleaning methods.

Assembly

:Assembling metal components and structures using various methods, including welding, riveting, and fastening.

Quality Control

:Conducting checks to ensure the welded components meet the required fit, form, and finish standards.

Equipment Maintenance

:Maintaining and cleaning welding tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure proper working condition.

Safety Compliance

:Following all safety procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
