We are currently seeking an experienced metal welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, including welding, cutting, and shaping metal components to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and materials.
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques as required.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other metalworking tools.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent.
Proven experience as a welder (2-5 years preferred).
Proficiency in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc).
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Physical stamina and ability to work in different positions (standing, bending, lifting).
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Work Environment
Workshop or field setting depending on projects.
Exposure to heat, sparks, and noise.
Requires wearing protective clothing, gloves, helmet, and safety glasses.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
