About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Welder in our organization, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine operations and material requirements
Set up welding equipment and ensure proper functioning
Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and strength
Maintain welding equipment and perform basic repairs when necessary
Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adapt to working in hot climate conditions typical of Dubai
What do we need from you
High school diploma or equivalent
Welding certification (e.g., AWS Certified Welder)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in welding
Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of welding equipment
Physical strength and dexterity to handle welding tools and materials
Familiarity with a wide range of welding tools and equipment
Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties
Understanding of construction and manufacturing processes
Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on quality and precision
Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
