We are now looking for a

Wedding Planner Intern

to support our Dubai team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury event planning, vendor management, and on-the-day wedding execution in one of the region's most dynamic wedding companies.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Wedding Planner Intern, you will work closely with our Senior Wedding Planner to bring large-scale weddings in Dubai to life.

Your main responsibilities include:

Event Design and Creative Support

- Assist with mood boards, invitations, color palettes, and client presentations (Canva or Adobe Express).

Vendor Coordination

- Support supplier follow-ups, confirm schedules, and track deliveries.

Wedding Day Support

- Be onsite during big weddings to help with guest flow, vendor management, and smooth execution.

Admin and Planning

- Take meeting notes, update guest lists, manage Google Sheets, and organize client folders.

Logistics and Errands

- Pick up items from suppliers, assist during setup and tear-down, and run time-sensitive errands.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is:

Based in Dubai and available for a full-time 6-month internship Extroverted, well-presented, and confident in public and client settings Creative and enthusiastic, with a strong eye for detail Flexible to work weekends and long wedding days Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn Holds a valid UAE driving license and has access to a car Fluent in English (Russian, French, or South Asian languages are a plus)
