Job Title: Wedding Planner

Overview

The Wedding Planner is responsible for managing all aspects of a couple's wedding from the initial concept to the final celebration. This role requires creativity, organization, and exceptional attention to detail to deliver a seamless and memorable experience that reflects the couple's vision, style, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their preferences, theme, and budget. Develop a complete wedding plan, including concept, timeline, and checklist. Recommend venues, themes, decorations, and suppliers suited to the client's taste. Source and negotiate with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, designers, entertainers, and stylists. Manage contracts, budgets, and payments. Oversee the design and setup of the venue (decor, lighting, seating, and flow). Coordinate all pre-wedding events (engagement, bridal shower, henna night, etc.). Supervise the wedding day to ensure all activities run smoothly and on schedule. Handle any last-minute changes or unexpected issues professionally. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors for ongoing business growth.
Qualifications & Skills

degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Coordinator (2+ years ideal). Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Excellent taste and eye for design and aesthetics. Familiarity with local wedding customs, trends, and luxury standards. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
