Requirements
Proven experience in wedding or event decor design
Strong background in 3D design and hands-on decor fabrication / production
Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD)
Strong sense of creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
