About the role

Atlantis Dubai is one of the regional leaders in MarTech through its commitment to digital transformation and innovation. Using world-leading digital enterprise solutions including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ContentSquare, Monetate, Tealium and Content Stack, we seek to push the boundaries in digital experience orchestration, customer journey analytics and CRM engagement initiatives.

As a Website Technology Manager at Atlantis Dubai, you will be responsible for the complete management of Atlantis.com, AquaventureWorld.com and F&B microsites from a CMS, third party solution integration and development roadmap perspective. You will also own and manage the website development roadmap to support business growth and manage the sprint planning and website deployment process - UAT, STG and go live, be the CMS subject matter expert in the business, and manage the Atlantis booking engines from a technical standpoint.

Another key aspect of the Website Technology Manager role will be the implementation & configuration of online personalisation program, and website tagging from a reporting / marketing performance / Google Analytics perspective - GTM container, pixel, and script management, whilst also owning front end development of website components to match business requirements.

About you

To be successful in this role, a deep working knowledge of content management systems is required, along with being comfortable with hands on work in an enterprise level CMS solution and the more technical aspects of website development and complex integrations.

You will have a minimum of 3+ years\' experience in an enterprise level CMS role and have the ability to manage multiple priorities - projects, deliverables, and stakeholders. Having experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics 4 or Tealium CDP are advantageous, along with experience in at least one programming language, as well as solid knowledge of marketing metrics and business KPIs.

It is also essential that you have experience in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities and are fluent in English and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You will also have strong presentation skills to engage internal audiences.
