Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated
Website Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The role will focus on managing online inquiries, engaging potential clients, and converting website leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to leads generated through the company website
Engage with potential clients via email, phone, or WhatsApp to understand their requirements
Provide accurate information on travel services, packages, and offers
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by providing excellent customer service
Maintain lead records in CRM and track conversion rates
Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth booking fulfillment
Support the sales department with reports and performance updates
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (tourism industry preferred)
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(spoken and written)
Ability to build rapport and close sales over phone and digital channels
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree preferred
