SynopsisSubject matter expert on online booking engine functionality, content management systems and online promotions tools with responsibility to ensure online promotions and closed user groups are set up based on agreed SLAs. Responsible for ensuring online deals being promoted are up to date across all online platforms with objective to improve digital sales. AccountabilitiesManage the delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases related to online promotions and closed user groups across Etihad's digital touchpoints in close collaboration with technology and innovation, digital 2020 and revenue managementLead requirement gathering sessions with business analysts, technology and innovation teams or external vendors to ensure business needs are met with key objective to improve conversion rate, online visibility, or to meet legal/regulatory mandates Perform testing against promotion tool requirements and sign off new and existing functionality pre and post release to ensure it meets business requirementsManage reporting of promotions and closed user groups performance, complaints and failures including liaising with Sabre and other external vendors to prioritize delivery of bug fixes related to itLiaise with revenue management, marketing and sales teams to manage the upload, distribution and set up of online promotions and closed user groupsIdentify trends using website analytics data and data from other internal systems to review impact of new projects/initiatives implemented on Etihad online platforms and provide recommendation to improve conversion rates and grow direct salesEducation & ExperienceUniversity degree level education is requiredMust have airline or online travel domain knowledge and/or understanding of web technologiesAt least 2 years of experience with Sabre Reservation Systems or some other GDS About Etihad AirwaysEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world's leading airlines.
