We are looking for a creative and technically skilled
Website Developer with a marketing focus
to join our team. This role blends web development expertise with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing websites that support lead generation, brand visibility, SEO, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing-focused websites and landing pages that align with brand and campaign goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.) and conversion-focused features.
Build responsive, fast-loading, SEO-optimized web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
Ensure website structure and content support SEO best practices (meta tags, schema markup, page speed, etc.).
Work closely with content creators and designers to implement visual and written content effectively.
Monitor website performance, traffic, and behavior analytics to suggest improvements.
Support A/B testing, marketing automation, and integration with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CRM systems.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, compatibility issues, and technical bottlenecks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in web development with a strong focus on marketing goals.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.).
Understanding of SEO, digital advertising tracking, and basic marketing funnels.
Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.).
Ability to translate marketing needs into web functionality and design.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and design teams.
Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing platform integration (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and lead capture strategies.
Familiarity with web performance testing and optimization tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).
Experience with e-commerce or product landing pages is a plus.
