Job Summary

Kriker Coffee Shop is seeking a highly motivated and creative

Fresher Web Designer

to join our team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience by designing, maintaining, and enhancing our digital presence, primarily our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills and a passion for creating visually engaging and user-friendly online experiences that reflect the unique atmosphere and brand of KRIKER Coffee Shop.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development:

Design and create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website pages and landing pages (for desktop ) that align with KRIKER Coffee Shop's brand identity. Translate design concepts into functional web elements using basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and potentially a CMS like WordPress. Design visual assets, including graphics, banners, and icons, for the website and other digital channels.

Website Maintenance & Updates:

Perform regular updates to the website content, including menu changes, promotions, events, and blog posts. Ensure the website is consistently up-to-date, functioning correctly, and provides a smooth user experience (UX). Assist with optimizing website performance, speed, and overall accessibility.

Branding & Digital Assets:

Ensure all visual design elements across digital platforms maintain brand consistency in terms of color, typography, and image style. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to create visually engaging graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns as needed.

Collaboration & Learning:

Work closely with the management team to understand digital requirements and transform them into effective design solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, ora strong design portfolio from vocational training/self-learning.

Experience:

Fresher / Entry-Level position. No prior professional experience is required, but a strong portfolio is

mandatory

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML and CSS). Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress is a strong advantage. Knowledge of responsive design principles (designing for all devices).

Soft Skills:

Strong creative and visual design skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and iterate on designs. Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new skills.
