Al Mesfufa is a leading player in the UAE's refurbished laptop industry, operating through multiple branches in Dubai and Sharjah. We specialize in wholesale and retail distribution, import/export of IT equipment, and in-house remanufacturing from our warehouse. We're growing fast and need a skilled Website Administrator to manage and optimize our online presence.
Job Summary:
The Website Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our company websites, ensuring smooth performance, security, and usability. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and inventory teams to keep content accurate and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update website content (product listings, pricing, banners, promotions, etc.)
Manage inventory synchronization between the website and warehouse systems
Optimize website performance (loading speed, responsiveness, SEO)
Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and outages
Coordinate with developers or hosting providers when necessary
Implement basic on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility
Ensure websites are secure and regularly backed up
Track analytics and user behavior; generate performance reports
Support digital marketing campaigns with landing pages and banners
Manage user accounts, roles, and access levels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Website Administrator or similar role
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom CMS
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website security best practices
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and in coordination with technical teams
Experience in eCommerce and inventory management systems is a plus
Fluency in English, Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience in IT hardware or refurbished electronics industry
Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva) for banners and visuals
