We are seeking a Web3 Partnerships Manager to join our growing team and drive the development and expansion of our ecosystem relationships across the blockchain space.

The Web3 Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, coordinating cross-community collaborations, and organizing AMAs with external communities. This role ensures consistent relationship management, drives co-marketing opportunities, and expands our ecosystem visibility through meaningful Web3 alliances.

Role Overview

The Web3 Partnerships Manager will identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships across the blockchain ecosystem. This includes coordinating AMAs, co-marketing campaigns, ecosystem collaborations, and long-term strategic alliances that support OneBullEx's growth and brand visibility.



What You Will Do:


Build and manage partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, communities, and ecosystems Plan and execute AMA sessions with partners and community audiences Coordinate cross-community collaborations, events, and co-branded initiatives Lead partnership announcements and joint marketing activities Track KPIs, partnership deliverables, and integration timelines with internal teams Maintain strong, long-term relationships while continuously expanding our Web3 network

Requirements

3-4+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto exchanges, or a related field Proven track record in partnership management, BD pipelines, or community alliances Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, collaborations, and cross-community dynamics Experience hosting or coordinating AMAs, campaigns, or online community events Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to demonstrate past successes through partnerships, campaigns, or measurable results
