The Website & SEO manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of a website. From updating the website content to optimizing the site for SEO. Assist with creating new content for the website or auditing its existing content to identify areas of improvement. Working with Web and SEO partners to implement the content strategy. Also working with internal stakeholders within the organization to make sure the website is up to date. Familiar with using SEO tools and CMS platforms like WordPress. Responsibilities SEO/ASO RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
Work towards organic search optimization
Regularly perform thorough keywords research
Identify key SEO KPIs and keep SEO partners accountable for them
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
Prepare and present reports regularly
Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Developing App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to ensure that all relevant apps appear at the top of the search results in all applicable App stores
Optimizing conversion rates for app download pages by utilizing various content and visual tools
Monitoring and tracking app store rankings using the latest analytic tracking tools
Writing app descriptions, and titles using researched keywords
Proofreading and editing reports
WEBSITE RESPONSIBILITIES
Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards
Audit content and remove duplicate information
Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality
Create strategies to improve website traffic
Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies
Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations
Evaluate competitors' websites & apps
Follow industry best practices
Identify ways to improve website user experience
Implement security measures to protect websites
Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current
Manage all trouble shooting for website
Monitor for website security breaches and respond to them as needed
Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize the website's structure and functions
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO/ASO strategy
4-7 years of experience as SEO & WEB Manager or similar role
Proven success in SEO/ASO
Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
Understand CMS platforms especially WordPress etc...
Knowledge of conducting SEO Audits and experience with SEO tools
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
