1) Min. 3 years of web and graphics design experience with a Real estate developer/ real estate agency experience.
2) Design related bachelor\'s degree.
3) Social media savvy and up to date with latest trends.
4) Excellent communication skills. Fluent English speaker. Excellent business english skills.
5) Valid UAE driver\'s license preferred.
6) Positive Attitude. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
7) Design Social Media Posts and stories for our pages according to the Digital Strategy & Calendar.
8) Design & Execute Lead Generation campaigns for digital platforms and Google display Ads.
9) Create / Edit spectacular Campaign images, videos & reels for digital use.
10) Design company profiles and brochures.
11) Support in redesigning/enhancing the website design.
12) Send regular email/ whatsapp campaigns/ newsletters/ info-letter to clients database.
13) Should be able to shoot property (photos & videos)
14) Excellent skills in publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
15) Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
16) A portfolio ready to show as sample during recruitment process.
17) Able to meet deadlines. What we offer:
