Responsibilities: ? Develop and design engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, print collateral, and more. ? Create and produce high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. ? Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs. ? Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. ? Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness. ? Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns. ? Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution of design projects. ? Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure final designs are error-free and meet project specifications. ? Maintain a library of design assets and templates for easy access and reuse. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ? Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment. ? Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools. ? Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ? Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. ? Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design. ? Willing to learn and adapt to new design trends, technologies, and tools. ?
