Job Description

The UI UX Designer will be responsible for collecting and evaluating client requirements for websites and mobile apps. S/he is also expected to conduct research and investigations in order to further analyze the client's requirements. Using the gathered information, s/he will need to guide the client and the project manager to come up with detailed user stories that fit the client's requirements. S/he should be able to translate those details into mockups, wireframes, and/or prototypes which will be the main reference of the development team. Summary

• Collecting and evaluating client requirements and needs for websites or mobile apps
• Guiding client and project manager on how to create user stories
• Creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that represent the client's requirements and will be used by the development team as the main reference
• Providing the design rationale to help clients understand the design
• Presenting the design to all stakeholders
• Creation of website assets such as optimized banners and images
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or other visual design or prototyping tools
• Possesses Analytical skills and must be Detail Oriented
• Must be able to analyze, identify and address client and internal customer requirements and feedback
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to conduct data gathering exercises with clients and project managers as well as initiating project/sprint planning with the development team
• Able to translate the design into a rationale document that can further explain and detail the design principles behind the design
• Basic to Advanced knowledge in HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum
• Able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Thorough knowledge of the current design standards as well as best practices and UI/UX trends
• Graduate of any BS/MS in IT, Design, Computer Science degree, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in UI UX Design
• With portfolio for Web and Mobile Apps
• Perform other duties as assigned

Nice-To-Have

• Proficient in JS language
• Photoshop skills to create website assets (ex. Banners, hero images, etc.)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Experience with customizing e-commerce platforms such as amazon.com or noon.com
