Key Responsibilities

Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Work with designers and copywriters to turn creative concepts into functional websites Implement and customize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) Ensure websites are SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and mobile responsive Manage and prioritize web projects across internal and external teams Set and maintain project timelines, and coordinate deliverables with other departments Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance before launch Keep up-to-date with web development trends and tools

Requirements

3+ years of web development experience (agency experience preferred) Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or similar Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design files into live websites Familiarity with version control (Git), SEO best practices, and web performance optimization Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
