Role Overview

We're looking for a

Web Developer (Full-Stack + Mobile)

who can own projects end-to-end, delivering scalable systems that align with

business, marketing, and e-commerce goals

. You'll work across backend (

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & Architecture

Design & maintain scalable APIs with

Node.js, Express.js, and PHP

Implement

microservices, caching, authentication & event-driven architectures

Optimize schemas & queries for

MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Maintain & enhance

PHP-based e-commerce systems

(security, performance, quality) Ensure

logging, monitoring & error handling

for production systems Make

strategic technical decisions

for scalability & maintainability

Frontend & Mobile Development

Build responsive web apps with

React.js

(Hooks, Redux, Next.js) Develop cross-platform mobile apps in

Flutter

(push notifications, analytics, offline-first) Implement

pixel-perfect UI/UX

, accessibility, and

SEO optimization

Integrate

dynamic dashboards, personalization & marketing-driven features

Headless CMS & Content Integration

Integrate & maintain

Strapi, Contentful, or Sanity

Enable

Infrastructure & DevOps

Deploy & monitor apps on

AWS, GCP, or Azure

E-Commerce & Dropshipping

Integrate & optimize

Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom dropshipping APIs

Build systems for

inventory, fulfillment & supplier integrations

Implement

secure payment gateways, order tracking & logistics automation

Collaborate with marketing on

CRO, email automation & loyalty features

Collaboration & Mentorship

Mentor developers & set coding standards Lead

technical design discussions & architecture patterns

Partner with product, design & marketing teams Own

end-to-end delivery

of critical projects

Requirements

Expert in

Node.js, Express.js, PHP, React.js (Hooks, Redux, Next.js), Flutter

Strong knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3, JS (ES6+), TypeScript

Experience with

Headless CMSs (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity)

Strong experience with

databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Solid understanding of

SEO, CRO, analytics, and marketing automation

Hands-on with

dropshipping, e-commerce platforms, and payment integrations

Excellent

problem-solving, collaboration & technical leadership

skills

Preferred:

AI/ML-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or chatbots Familiarity with

customer data platforms (Segment, Tealium)

Experience with

logistics APIs (delivery, warehouse, last-mile)
