About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

IT/Web Developer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining web applications and IT systems to support our digital infrastructure and enhance user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix Manage and maintain company websites and ensure site functionality and performance Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement UI/UX best practices Implement SEO strategies and website optimization for better speed and ranking Troubleshoot and resolve website and server-related issues promptly Develop and maintain backend systems and integrate third-party APIs Set up and manage email servers, domains, hosting environments, and data backups Provide ongoing IT support and technical troubleshooting within the organization Monitor system performance and implement system improvements

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum

2-3 years of professional experience

in web development and IT support Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and CMS platforms (WordPress/Wix) Experience in web hosting, cPanel, and domain management Strong understanding of security, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage Knowledge of basic networking and IT infrastructure preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
