Job Description
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Web Developer
to join our team in-house and take ownership of our company websites.As our in-house Web Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating our company websites, ensuring they are fast, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with our branding and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the main corporate website and related microsites. Implement new web features, sections, or landing pages as requested by internal departments Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to bring web assets to life. Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and ADA compliance. Manage website hosting, domain, backups, and basic server performance. Monitor site performance (e.g., page speed, uptime) and optimize as needed. Implement and manage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with WordPress or another CMS platform. Basic understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and web security. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
