- Who will outwork and outperform the rest. What you need to have (Qualifications):
1) Min. 5 years of web development experience with a Real estate developer/ real estate agency / holiday homes experience.
2) Web Development related bachelor\'s degree.
3) Tech savvy and up to date with latest trends.
4) Excellent communication skills. Fluent English speaker. Excellent business english skills.
5) Valid UAE driver\'s license preferred.
6) Positive Attitude. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
7) Both front-end and back end experience, including creating WordPress themes and plug-ins.
8) Has combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery...) and aesthetics (including, but not limited to understanding element arrangements on the screen, colour and font choices.)
9) Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is also strongly preferred.
10) Build cross-browser, cross-device compatible pages adhering to industry best practices
11) Designing and building website\xe2\x80\x99s front-end
12) Creating core website architecture
13) Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
14) Conducting website performance tests - Troubleshooting content issues.
15) Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
16) Monitoring the performance of the live website.
17) Maintain well-documented and reusable code
18) Equipment, license and subscription inventory
19) Experience building UI/ UX for websites and/or web applications
20) Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
21) Experience working with de-bugging tools
22) Search Engine Optimisation experience
23) Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
24) Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
25) Good awareness of Dev Ops
26) Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing and colleagues as necessary.
27) A portfolio ready to show as sample during recruitment process.
28) Able to meet deadlines. What we offer:
