We are looking for a WordPress Web Developer & SEO Specialist with experience in the "real estate and business services industries" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and manage our Websites based on Wordpress, Designing Landing Pages for Ad Campaigns and SEO Best strategies that drive leads and sales. Responsibilities: - Proven experience as a WordPress web developer with a strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 5 and JavaScript - Build and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites that adhere to best practices and user experience (UX) principles. - Design and build high-converting landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and business objectives. - A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing user experiences. - Ensure responsive web pages work on a variety of web browsers and mobile devices. - Strategically implement ways to improve and track site performance. - Ensure best security practices and compliance measures are implemented and maintained - Create and maintain Wordpress core and plugins updates and periodic backups. - Troubleshoot and handle website issues as they arise. - Maintain website uptime; performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns and keeping up to date on required software updates to mitigate any issues. - Solid knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. - Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant target keywords for content creation and optimization. - Implement effective on-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking in search results. - Develop SEO-friendly website content, meta descriptions, and title tags. - Analyze website performance using SEO tools to make data-driven decisions for optimization. - Familiarity with Google Analytics and other SEO reporting tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications: - 3+ years of Proven experience in WordPress Web Developer & SEO - A portfolio showcasing your WordPress development, SEO, and landing page design skills.
