Job Description

1) Creating design specs for web development projects

2) Website maintenance

3) Creating and maintaining software documentation

4) Backend data integration and collection

5) Create websites and interfaces using standard REACT/HTML/CSS practices, and incorporate data from back-end databases and services

6) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies

7) Develop and maintain operational systems, tools, and processes, and participate in tactical and strategic development projects

8) Ensure software stability via regression, support quality assurance, and perform unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs

9) Develop and maintain client relationships

10) Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

11) Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

12) Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline

13) Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals

14) Drive the end-to-end sales process

15) Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create interest in the brand

16) Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers

17) Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities

18) Providing market research through outbound calling and different channels

19) Surveying customer satisfaction

20) Use online channels for sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

* Web Development and Telesales: 1 year (Preferred)
