Our client, an Abu Dhabi based media and content creator is looking for a skilled Web Developer to join their innovative and ever-growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is a detailed, organized self-starter with experience and passion for building engaging digital experiences from concept to launch and has a passion for marketing and can incorporate strong design, B2B digital marketing best practices, and marketing technology expertise into their development projects. And equally important, you are willing to dive in to understand and solve problems.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practicesCreate website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practicesIntegrate data from various back-end services and databasesGather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needsCreate and maintain software documentationBe responsible for maintain, expanding, and scaling sitesStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesCooperate with web designers to match visual design intentMaintain and update website contents Build engaging and interactive web pages from PSDs, that are optimized to be mobile responsive and SEO friendly.Manage and execute all content updatesManage digital projects from scoping/requirements gathering, all the way through sign-off, QA, launch, and ongoing optimization.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:5+ years' experience in front end web development with strong hand coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery), and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap).Experience managing and updating a portfolio of websites with frequent updates.A strong eye for design and layout and web/mobile UI/UXProficient in using Adobe Creative Suite.Candidates must have a portfolio to share.Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on changing business requirementsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.Well organized with a strong attention to details.Strong written and verbal communication skills.BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Engineering are desirable.To view other vacancies we have, please visit our website -Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
