Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories It needs to change!! So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)... to reverse engineer their strategies. \xef\xb8\x8fOur ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them) So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people. YOUR MISSION

- Your mission will be to ensure the development of the brand image and visual identity of the brands of Paradox Group in order to make it a distinguishing element of the company\'s branding.
Working with\xe2\x80\xa6

• the VIDEO team to bring them your vision and support (branding and design) on the production of videos and documentaries.
• the MARKETING team for the construction of sales sequences (squeeze page, sales page, email with doodles)
• experts with whom we create training courses to help them define a visual identity adapted to their taste, personality and product.
• editors for articles, posts or scripts for free videos or training videos

Your missions will be to\xe2\x80\xa6

1. Design the visual identity of the products

• Rework the visual identity of the squeeze pages, sales pages, ebooks, sales slides, training already on sale to give them a touch of modernity and make these contents reflect the visual identity of the company.
• Participate in the strategic reflection of the visual identity of new products.

2. Assist the video team, and social networks

• You will have an eye on the achievements of the video and social networks division and you will make sure that their achievements follow the company\'s visual identity.
• You create thumbnails for YouTube channel videos and participate in the creation of social network posts and ad visuals.

3. Schematize, draw...

You create doodles, sketches, which will be used by the marketing team, the editorial team and the training team to put an idea into an email, an article, a training session, a video, and even during a seminar where you will participate in the creation of the slides.

• You have a keen marketing eye, which allows you to understand the strategic issues of your visuals, the place of the elements you choose, etc.

• You are creative, but at the same time you have the ability to align your visuals with a tone, an identity... And you want to be able to work on several nuances of tone (we have several brands, and therefore several targets).
• You like the direct, pronounced communication style called Badass and the visual universe that can fit in with it (we are a personal development company, but we don\'t like what\'s teddy bear so we want our designs to follow this trend)
• You have a strong critical mind, you know how to identify what is too much or what doesn\'t work in a visual.
• Organized and rigorous: you manage to follow several files in parallel, and to prioritize, you are excellent in execution, result-oriented and pay attention to details.
• You enjoy learning, reading, trying, taking risks and taking action to improve yourself.
