We are looking for a talented web graphic designer who will be able to help us create, shape, and develop our image as a new brand and rework our existing brand portfolio. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and eager individual interested in building and working on an exciting new project. THE WORK You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing channels deliver high-quality work that drives customer engagement and encourage new business development. Your role will cover :

• An oversight of all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• The creation of strong brand identities and the maintenance of consistency throughout all marketing projects.
• The responsibility of building and designing marketing campaigns - across digital, web, videos, print and social communications - which will transmit the company vision accurately.
• The design, development, and maintenance of the companies' websites.
• Advising the management on design and IT-related topics, creative trends, and any other topics related to marketing vision.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relating discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, creative marketing (design, art, digital & Web Designer) or related field.
• Excellent design background with a modern / minimal / fresh style.
• Proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital) and experience designing front-end design. Knowledge and understanding of UI/UX.
• Ability to code, a big asset!
• Expert level experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere pro, Illustrator, InDesign,
• Good communication skills, hard-working, and able to deliver within deadlines.
• Demonstrate creation leadership, imaginative, responsive, and consistent.
• Fluency in English is necessary, knowledge of German or any other languages an asset.
