Core Duties

• Drive revenue growth by promoting Wealth & Bancassurance products to business banking customers
• Partner with assigned Sales & Coverage teams to increase client engagement and activate all team members
• Build customer profiles using in-depth needs analysis and offer tailored financial solutions
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, training, and certification requirements
• Conduct regular product training sessions for internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent updates and portfolio reviews
• Ensure high-quality sales with minimal cancellations and maximum conversion
• Track and meet monthly and quarterly financial targets as per role KPIs
• Actively contribute to strategic portfolio reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in Wealth Management for SME clients
• Proven success in lead generation, customer profiling, and product fulfillment
• Valid certifications: CII Level 3 and CISI AWB (CFA preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
• Access to reliable personal transportation for client visits and meetings
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the UAE banking sector
• Proactive mindset with the ability to influence, train, and engage internal sales teams
