The role is responsible for leading and supporting operational initiatives and transformation projects within Wealth Management. This includes optimizing end-to-end processes, driving digital and regulatory change, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strategic projects in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support transformation initiatives across Wealth Operations (investments, client onboarding, account servicing, etc.).
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitization.
Manage end-to-end delivery of operational projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Technology, Product, Front Office) to define requirements and implement solutions.
Support regulatory change projects (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MiFID, AML/KYC updates).
Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and project plans.
Track KPIs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes.
Ensure risk, control, and compliance frameworks are adhered to across operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in Wealth Management Operations or Project/Change Management.
Strong understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies is a plus.
