We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investments Manager/Consultant to spearhead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and closing investment opportunities with Private Investors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Institutional Investors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and marketing acumen with a proven ability to cultivate investor relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute directly to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across targeted investor markets. Identify, approach, and convert new investment opportunities including HNIs, private investors, and institutional partners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align investment and business development strategies. Lead negotiations and successfully close investment deals. Prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches, proposals, and presentations. Maintain and actively manage a strong investor pipeline using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking platforms. Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and emerging trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Provide regular performance reports, deal updates, and strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 1-2years of proven experience in investments, fundraising, business development, or sales roles. Strong understanding of market dynamics, investor behavior, and deal structuring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated track record of building investor networks and achieving deal closures. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fluency in Urdu and English is Must

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
