Job Description

We are looking for a

highly experienced and reliable professional

to lead and expand our

holiday home rental operations

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in:

Key Responsibilities:



Property Acquisition & Listing



- Deep experience in finding new properties to list under company management

- Strong communication skills to

convince property owners

to partner with us

Team & Operations Management



- Managing the

cleaning team

, setup staff, and day-to-day operations

- Handling

check-in/check-out processes

with hotel-level quality control

Cleaning Supervision



- Overseeing

bed sheet changing standards

and

cleaning quality assurance



Software & Booking Management



- Skilled in using

property management systems and booking software

(e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, and others)
