\xe2\x80\x93 Must have 2 to 4 years of Business Development experience within FM Soft Services in the UAE Market
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare sales quotation, make sale calls, and visit customers on-site.
\xe2\x80\x93 Visit Potential customers and provide quotations and proposals.
\xe2\x80\x93 Handle Clients Enquiries and Feedback
\xe2\x80\x93 Pricing the tenders and preparing the technical and commercial offers/submittal.
\xe2\x80\x93 Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
\xe2\x80\x93 A clear demonstration of segmenting a market and a strategic approach.
\xe2\x80\x93 Vast exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong business account management & sales approach with strong business management practices.
\xe2\x80\x93 Valid UAE Driving License
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor/Master Degree from a recognized institute/university is a must.
