We are a leading Property Management company in Dubai seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties managed by our company.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot AC system issues.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing.
Install and replace AC units and parts as needed.
Maintain records of work performed.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an AC Technician (minimum [X] years).
Relevant technical certifications.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
UAE experience preferred.
Must be available to join immediately.
