About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Wayfinding Designer

to join our innovative signage and branding team. As a Wayfinding Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing intuitive, functional, and visually appealing wayfinding systems for a wide range of environments--commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, educational institutions, and more.

You'll work closely with architects, clients, and the production team to create signage solutions that guide, inform, and enhance the user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Design effective and creative

wayfinding and environmental graphics

based on project requirements. Develop

signage hierarchy

, maps, directional systems, and naming strategies. Create concept boards, mockups, technical drawings, and presentation materials. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with client branding. Conduct

site visits

and surveys to understand spatial layouts and user flow. Stay updated on signage materials, ADA/local regulations, and emerging design trends. Prepare files for

production and fabrication

teams with accuracy.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in

Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field

.

2+ years of experience

in wayfinding, signage design, or environmental graphics. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Knowledge of

AutoCAD or other spatial layout software

is a plus. Strong design portfolio showcasing signage or wayfinding projects. Excellent communication and visualization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
