Job Summary:

Resort Operations / Waiter

to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by providing exceptional food and beverage service, as well as supporting day-to-day resort operations as needed. You will be the face of our resort, helping create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:Food & Beverage Service:

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar staff. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation. Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests. Set up and clean dining areas before and after service. Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures.

Resort Operations Support:

Assist in various operational areas of the resort such as housekeeping, front desk, or guest services, depending on business needs. Help with luggage handling, room setups, or activity coordination. Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and assist with resort events. Support in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, F&B service, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift, and carry items.
