Identify and generate new business opportunities for
water tank cleaning, pipeline disinfection, chlorination, and flushing services
.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to understand requirements.
Develop and deliver proposals, quotations, and service solutions tailored to customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with FM companies, building owners, property management firms, and residential communities.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close deals.
Coordinate with the operations/technical team to arrange service schedules.
Ensure proper documentation such as signed contracts, approvals, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and daily activity logs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations related to water tank hygiene and disinfection.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in
FM industry, disinfection services, or cleaning services
(preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license (advantage).
Basic technical understanding of water tanks, pumps, and pipeline systems (training can be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
