To join our team and oversee the waterproofing requirements of both residential and commercial swimming pools, we are looking for a skilled and professional Waterproofing Specialist. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in pool maintenance, waterproofing methods, and have an excellent eye for craftsmanship. In order to protect pools from leaks and water damage, this position entails assessing, fixing, and implementing waterproofing measures. knowledge of

SBS Membrane, EPDM water proofing, and anti-root water proofing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of pool surfaces, structures, and surrounding areas to identify potential waterproofing issues. Evaluate the extent of damage or wear and recommend appropriate solutions. Apply various waterproofing materials and coatings to pool surfaces, including concrete, plaster, tile, and fiberglass. Ensure proper application techniques to achieve optimal results and prevent future leaks. Perform necessary repairs to address cracks, leaks, or other structural issues in pool areas. Conduct routine maintenance checks and make recommendations for preventive measures. Stay updated with the latest waterproofing technologies, materials, and best practices. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete waterproofing tasks effectively. Communicate with clients to explain findings, provide recommendations, and address any concerns. Deliver high-quality service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and management. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in waterproofing techniques and materials.

Experience in handling EPDM water proofing, SBS Membrane, anti root water proofing.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
