Job Description

Water Feature Plumber is responsible for all the plumbing activities related to Water Feature.


To manage repairs, installation of plumbing equipment of swimming pool & water features system in both residential and commercial environments Monitor and pressure test new installations Plumbing line or existing underground plumbing line. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems (PPR/ HP UPVC/Copper) Installation sand filter, pump & spare parts for pool & water feature accessories. Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fitting using plumbing equipment Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of Swimming pool & water Feature projects Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules.
Skills


3-4 Years in Swimming pool & water feature industry High School Certificate, if available Must have productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of Swimming pool & water features Technical knowledge of Swimming pool & water features - pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing (PPR/ HP UPVC/Copper) and fitting accessories. Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment Good knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing. Ability to work in extreme conditions Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time Ability to work efficiently with great attention to detail Considerable knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions
